It works with almost every imaging software on the market including Dexis Imaging Suite™ Planmeca®, Gendex™ VixWin™, Apteryx, Dentrix Ascend®, Curve®, Eaglesoft®, Gendex, Suni®, and more! We also work with all software that supports a TWAIN Driver.
Which warranties are available for the Open Sensor?
We offer one of the best manufacturer warranties on the market. Each purchase includes a free, three-year manufacturer warranty.
Additionally, we offer a five-year accidental protection plan. This plan covers everything outside of the manufacturer warranty, including dropping it, running over it with a chair, or any other accident (minus theft). Just return the sensor to us and we will send you a brand new sensor at an extremely discounted price. Never pay full price for a sensor you’ve purchased again.
How does installation of the Open Sensor work?
After you receive your sensor, a technician will walk you through setting it up with your existing software. From there, the technicians customize the image exactly how you like it. After that, your Open Sensor is ready for use!
Do you have positioner kits for the Open Sensor?
Yes, you can purchase anterior, posterior, horizontal, and vertical bite blocks. Included with your Open Sensor purchase will be a cable drop, sensor sleeves, and a USB extension cable.
